Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine is suitable for sludge dewatering of large, medium and small sewage plants. 🛠 Working Principle & Composition:

The equipment consists of a frame, screw shaft, moving/static rings, separation ring, flocculating mixer, and electrical control box.

• 🔸 Flocculation: Sludge mixed with PAM to form large flocs.
• 🔸 Gravity Concentration: Mixture enters the spiral cavity for initial thickening.
• 🔸 Dehydration: Spiral axis rotation drives sludge towards the discharge mouth under increasing pressure.
