ShanQuan AM-140E is a one-component polyurethane adhesive with medium to high viscosity and strength. It features excellent thixotropy for easy application. Once cured, it provides high bonding strength and flexible sealing properties.

1. Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Use a metal brush for rust removal if necessary.
2. Cartridge Usage: Open the back cover, pierce the mouth membrane, screw on the nozzle, and use with a standard caulking gun.
3. Sausage Usage: Place into a soft packaging gun, cut the seal, and tighten the nozzle.
4. Installation: Cut the nozzle to the desired shape (triangle or circle). Apply in spots or strips and position within the tack-free time.
